Shipping Policy

How We Ship Your Order

Every order ships from our factory in Kunming, Yunnan, China. We support three Incoterms and handle the export paperwork for you.

Production & Lead Times

• Stock formulas, stock packaging: dispatch within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
• OEM custom processing: proofing in 48 hours; production typically 20–25 working days after artwork approval.
• Fully custom development: 35–45 working days depending on formula and tooling.

Freight Options

• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / SF): 3–7 days door-to-door; best for samples and small volumes.
• Air freight: 7–12 days; economical for mid-size orders.
• Sea freight (FCL / LCL): 25–40 days; lowest cost for container volumes.

Incoterms & Documentation

• FOB Yunnan: you arrange freight; we handle export clearance paperwork.
• DAP / DDP: we quote a door-to-door price including freight and, for DDP, destination duties.
• Commercial invoice, packing list and certificates (COA / SDS / IFRA) are included with every shipment.

Notes

• Shipping is quoted separately after your order is confirmed; express sample freight is quoted and invoiced separately by our sales team before dispatch.
• Dangerous-goods rules may restrict air freight for alcohol-based formulas — we advise the best route per product.
• Delivery estimates above are business-day estimates and may vary with customs and carrier conditions.
