• To reply to your messages. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not send marketing email unless you subscribe.

• Inquiries are stored server-side with restricted access and logged without unnecessary detail.
• Checkout runs over HTTPS with PayPal's encrypted payment flow; card data never touches our servers.
• Access to customer records is limited to the sales and fulfilment staff handling your order.

Your Rights

• You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by writing to shopmails@163.com.
• We retain order records for accounting and customs purposes, typically no longer than 7 years.
