Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for stock formulas and 1,000–3,000 units for fully customised development, depending on the complexity of the formula and packaging. We're happy to discuss smaller pilot runs for new brands.
How long does production take? +
For stock formulas with your label, lead time is typically 20–25 working days after artwork approval. Fully custom OEM projects take 35–45 days, including sampling and stability testing. Shipping time depends on your destination and chosen freight method.
Can I get samples before ordering? +
Yes — we provide free physical samples of stock formulas (you cover the courier fee). For custom formulations, we offer up to two rounds of sampling free of charge. Samples are dispatched within 7 business days.
Which markets can you export to? +
We export to markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and beyond. Our team supports EU CPNP notifications, UK SCPN and US FDA/MoCRA documentation — tell us your target market and we will confirm the exact file list.
Do you support custom packaging and design? +
Absolutely. Choose from 200+ stock components (bottles, jars, tubes, compacts) or commission bespoke molds. Our in-house design team can create your logo, artwork and full packaging suite, or work with files supplied by your own designers.
What payment terms do you accept? +
We accept PayPal for sample orders and small batches. For volume production, standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment — and L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Long-term partners may qualify for more flexible terms.
