Terms of Service

Working with AURELIA COSMETICS

These terms apply to quotations, sampling, production and payments with Aurelia Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Yahe Biotechnology). By placing an order you accept them.

Quotations

• Website prices are factory reference prices in USD, FOB Yunnan. The final quotation — confirmed by our sales team — includes the agreed product spec, MOQ, freight and documentation.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Samples

• Free samples of stock formulas are available; the buyer covers courier cost. Custom OEM sampling and 48-hour proofing are offered for serious projects.

Payment

• Online checkout is processed by PayPal. Card details are handled entirely by PayPal.
• For wholesale orders we also accept T/T — typically 30% deposit with 70% before shipment — and L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000.
• Production starts after payment confirmation (or deposit for T/T orders).

Intellectual Property

• Artwork, formulas and packaging developed for your project belong to you once the project is paid for; we keep them confidential and do not reuse them for other clients without written agreement.
• Buyers warrant that supplied artwork does not infringe third-party rights.

Product Safety & Claims

• Our products are cosmetic products for external use. Buyers are responsible for marketing claims and compliance in their destination market.
• We supply COA, SDS, IFRA and allergen documentation; regulatory filing in the buyer's market is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Governing Terms

• Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, then under Chinese law at the Kunming International Arbitration Commission, unless the order states otherwise.
